Shipping and Delivery

We provide free shipping on all orders—Our aim is to make the products reach you within 5-7 Business days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery. Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third-party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 11 am – 7 pm Monday –Saturday. Once the order is dispatched, the customer cannot change the delivery address.

It’s important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@oxlon.in  with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Include a link for customers to track their order if available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

-We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.                                                                                                                                                             -Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered was in defective condition or has physical damage within 24 hours of receiving the product.                                                               -If the item is unused and in its original condition with original packaging, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

-In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as at sales@oxlon.in with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition within 24 hours. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          – We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take some time for your bank or creditcard company to process and post the refund too   We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
